West Coast Rugby is looking for a passionate, community‑focused leader to help grow the game across our region. This is a part‑time leadership role with consistent weekly hours, perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in our clubs, schools, and communities. What You’ll Do Grow player, coach, referee, and volunteer numbers Support clubs with development, capability, and community engagement Lead junior, teenage, and women & girls’ rugby programmes Deliver coaching/refereeing workshops and development pathways Promote the game through community presence Help build strong, inclusive, sustainable rugby environments across the Coast Who You Are Energetic, organised, great with people, someone who can connect, inspire, and support rugby at every level.
