Senior Residential Property Manager
The Rent House Ltd | Auckland (Manukau Office Based)
The Rent House Ltd. is a well-established and growing residential property management company operating across Auckland and the upper North Island. Due to the retirement of a valued team member of over 7 years and continued portfolio growth, we are excited to offer two Senior Property Manager positions within our Auckland team.
These roles are ideal for experienced Property Managers who are confident, professional, and ready to work with a company that genuinely values trust, flexibility, and long-term relationships.
About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage a structured residential portfolio with the support of an experienced team and strong systems. You will be trusted to manage your workload autonomously while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Both roles are Auckland-based, with our office located at Westfield Manukau. Flexible working arrangements are supported, allowing a mix of office-based and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships Coordinating maintenance and overseeing inspections Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and Healthy Homes Standards Managing rent reviews, tenancy issues, and Tribunal matters when required Maintaining accurate records and high communication standards Contributing positively to team culture and business growth
About You
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in residential property management Strong knowledge of NZ tenancy legislation and compliance Excellent communication and relationship management skills Highly organised with strong time management abilities Confident, solutions-focused, and professional Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively Full NZ driver’s licence
