Metro Property Management in Christchurch is a locally owned company backed by Australasia's largest Real Estate brand.

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join us in Tower Junction, starting June 29th.

Whilst Real Estate industry experience would be beneficial, it is not essential - what's important is your attitude, energy and willingness to learn!

Other key skills and attributes include:

• Outstanding people skills
• Excellent Microsoft computer skills
• The ability to pick up new systems easily
• The ability to take instruction from multiple team members
• Organised multi-tasker with the confidence to succeed
• Hold a full driver's licence
• Familiarity with rental properties and a knowledge of the Christchurch area is an advantage

This is a full-time position working the following hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm, or as required.
