We’re looking for someone wanting to build success for themselves and their clients. Real estate involves servicing your clients to a high standard to help get them the best price in the market and building your own business over several years. If you do it well, you can put yourself in the top few percent of earners in the country, but if you do it poorly you can put yourself in the bottom few percent of earners.
The path to success in this business is relatively simple… but that doesn’t mean easy. If you’re looking to challenge yourself and build yourself into a high calibre successful professional, we would love to speak to you.

- Prospecting for business: door knocking, cold calling, client nurture
- Marketing
- Buyer inspections
- Negotiation
- Listing presentations
- Contract management
Key attributes:
- A drive to do well
- Honest and straight up
- Ability to enjoy meeting, and take interest in, all types of people
- Clear communication, verbal and written
Qualifications required to start work:
- NZ Certificate in Real Estate – Salesperson, Level 4
- REA Salesperson Licence
People new to the industry will be required to register with the Sales Inventory Profile (SIP) staff selection service and complete the accompanying questionnaire. You’ll be sent a link once you have submitted your application.
