Collective First National is a leading real estate services provider dedicated to delivering exceptional Property Management services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of properties. Your role will be crucial to the smooth running of our team and will include a variety of tasks. Based out of our New Plymouth office, you will manage an established portfolio across New Plymouth and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rent arrears and tenancy management
- Advertising and marketing vacant properties to attract quality tenants
- Routine inspections and reporting
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Resolving issues and conflicts with empathy and efficiency
- Building and nurturing long term relationships with clients

As an experienced Property Manager, you will be passionate about people and property, have the ability to communicate clearly and act decisively. The ideal applicant would have the following
- Experience using MRI Palace
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to self-manage and work alone when required
- Good computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly with training
- Residential Property Management Level 4 Qualification (or willingness to obtain during employment)
- A clean, full New Zealand Drivers license
