Entry-Level Account Support Assistant — Signbiz Auckland

Location: Auckland | Full Time

Signbiz is a leading signage provider with branches across New Zealand, including Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington, Southern Lakes, Hawkes Bay, Christchurch, Dunedin and Tasman. We specialise in comprehensive brand management, custom-made signage, and full commercial fit-outs. As our Auckland branch continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised and motivated Account Support Assistant to help keep our workflow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Managers with daily admin tasks and project coordination
  • Help prepare quotes, job sheets, and documentation
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls
  • Answer basic client queries around timelines, production, and installation
  • Keep client information, files, and project details organised and up to date
  • Follow up with clients when required
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, production, installers) to keep projects moving
  • Support with artwork briefs, approvals, and general workflow tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Confident communication — both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and internal teams
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic design knowledge is an advantage (but not essential)
  • Ideal for students, entry-level applicants, or anyone wanting office/admin experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • No industry experience is required — just a good attitude and a desire to grow.
