What You'll Do:

  • Drive Performance: Lead, coach, and inspire your branch to consistently exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Strengthen Sales Processes: Implement and refine branch-level sales systems and account management processes that drive consistent, sustainable growth.
  • Create a Winning Culture: Establish clear team rhythms, promote accountability, and celebrate wins to build a motivated, high-performing branch environment.
  • Grow Branch & Key Accounts: Manage and grow relationships with both key regional and branch customers, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and long-term partnership success.
  • Lead Locally, Collaborate Regionally: Represent your branch in wider business initiatives and collaborate with other managers to share best practices and successes, aligning on business goals.

About the role:

  • Maintaining exceptional client service and technical support
  • Manage your warehouse
  • Stock taking and inventory control

About you:

  • Self-starter
  • Great time management skills
  • Good computer skills (ability to learn inhouse packages quickly)
  • A passion for exceptional customer service
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to follow systems and processes well
  • A Forklift licence will be needed, training can be provided
  • The ability to roll your sleeves up and do a bit of heavy lifting
