Description

Hospitality Training Advisor – Auckland Full Time | Hospitality Industry

Are you an experienced chef looking to step out of the kitchen but stay connected to the hospitality industry? We’re looking for a Hospitality Training Advisor to support hospitality businesses and trainees through workplace training and apprenticeship programmes. In this role, you’ll build relationships with employers, mentor trainees, and help develop the next generation of hospitality professionals. This is a people-focused role with regional travel, visiting workplaces across South and West Auckland, with occasional travel to Tauranga.

Key responsibilities

  • Build relationships with hospitality businesses
  • Advise on training programmes and apprenticeships
  • Support and mentor trainees through their learning journey
  • Monitor trainee progress and support successful completions

Please only apply if you:

  • Have previous chef experience (essential)
  • Are currently living in Auckland, New Zealand
  • Hold a full, clean driver’s license
  • Are legally eligible to work in New Zealand
