Description
Do you have a passion to meet customers, build and maintain long lasting relationships, and provide solutions to their needs. This role as Key Sales Account Relationship Manager ticks those boxes.
You will need to have the following Sales Performance skills:
- Personally drive sales revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating rental agreements.
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, presentations, telemarketing and negotiations with customers to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Execute a personal sales plan to achieve individual sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Develop strategic account plans to grow key customer relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management skills:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Gathering regular feedback from clients
- Proactively manage customer accounts by conducting regular check-ins, site visits, and managing your call cycle
