Kitchen Designer – Cabinet Vision Specialist

About the Role You’ll sit at the heart of our design and production workflow, working closely with clients, builders, manufacturers, and installers to deliver high-quality, custom kitchen solutions. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where your technical skill and creativity will be equally valued. You won’t just be drawing layouts — you’ll be shaping how kitchens are built.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing custom kitchens and cabinetry using Cabinet Vision, with accuracy and efficiency
• Producing detailed shop drawings and production-ready files
• Working directly with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget
• Guiding clients through layout, materials, finishes, and functional decisions
• Collaborating closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Identifying and solving design or technical challenges before they reach the workshop
• Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing kitchens or cabinetry using Cabinet Vision
• Strong technical knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and joinery methods
• A creative eye with excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Confidence managing projects from concept through to production
• Clear communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
• Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
