Description
About the role: As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of signage projects from start to finish, managing client relationships, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth production and delivery. You’ll work alongside our experienced account managers and production manager, ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Manage signage projects of all sizes, from small retail jobs to large-scale installations.
- Prepare accurate quotes and costings.
- Liaise directly with clients, suppliers, and the production team.
- Use signage design software to prepare artwork and layouts.
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met every time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the signage industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Confident with all forms of signage, vehicle graphics and wraps, digital print, vinyl, fabricated, illuminated, and more.
- Proficient in signage design software
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
