The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our growing team, covering Central/Lower North Island & South.
This role is all about driving new business while nurturing existing accounts. You'll be the face of our big brands, working creatively and strategically with retailers to market and promote products in-store. You'll need to be confident engaging with everyone - from CEOs to small store owners - while staying organised and delivering exceptional communication.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales and account management skills
- Strategic marketing experience with a track record of delivering results
- Strong understanding of business metrics (revenue, leads, sales) and marketing metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- High standards of professionalism and presentation
- Confidence working independently and delivering on commitments
- Resilience and perseverance to knock on doors, handle rejection, and keep pushing for that "yes"
- Industry experience is a bonus but not essential
- Passion and drive to be the best!
