We are seeking a permanent full-time Territory Sales Manager superstar in Greater -Wellington Region. Our TSM roles have evolved to become a unique and exciting world of FMCG.
You will be responsible for a large territory of retail value, building relationships with owners/buyers, managing a team of new merchandisers, drive our grocery portfolio to ensure we are winning on the shelf every day whilst driving business development opportunities in the Out of Home Channel (OOH) to improve our depth and breadth of range across end users in this channel. Join our highly engaged, customer-focused sales team managing this key strategic territory, having the opportunity to work across the Retail and Distribution channels.
You'll bring your valued sales experience, alongside a desire to learn & evolve as the role and industry requires.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Greater Wellington Region
- Retail will form the majority of your role with OOH emerging as a key channel for growth.
- Business Development through cold calling with end users.
- Managing people - merchandisers as required.
- Some merchandising will be required also so ensure that you are physically fit.

- Passion for sales, brands, and food.
- Commercial acumen to support pricing activation and margins.
- Wider FMCG experience with retail, or other, transferable experience from other industries will be considered.
- Building great relationships with key partners and customers.
- Not afraid to engage with customers of opportunities
- Team Player.
