Oasis Engineering is recognised worldwide as a leader in the design and production of high-quality flow control components. The business has developed a specialist range of products for the worldwide Compressed Natural Gas and Hydrogen vehicle refuelling markets.

Due to changing market conditions, the business requires a new Global Business Development Manager to expand global markets, based in our Tauranga office, to work in collaboration with the Managing Director, internal sales team and our design and production team.

Ideally our Global Business Development Manager would fit the following criteria:

• Able to grow a portfolio of new clients in global markets
• Demonstrate previous sales results selling premium products and services
• Provide evidence of achievements in new business acquisition
• Industry experience is preferred but is not essential
• Engineering/manufacturing understanding is preferred
• Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen
• Ability to develop trusting and reliable interpersonal relations with customers
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously 
• Flexible working hours to accommodate the time difference between NZ and international markets.
