What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience in similar growth-focussed Business Development roles
• Experience utilising sales / CRM / Pipeline systems to drive new business growth
• Excellent multi-tasking, time management and self-management skills
• Highly organised and process-orientated with a drive for success
• Ability to work within and directly alongside a high-performing, multi-tier team
• Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
• A Full NZ Driver's License
• Knowledge of NZ Property Management legislative requirements is desired, but not a requirement (training provided)

This role would ALSO be suited to current Property Managers who are looking to take the next step in their career, moving into a focussed, dedicated and high-performing Business Development function.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Growing the business by way of securing new managements
• Building a strong referral network across a wide range of clients - both internal and external, private and professional
• Fostering a strong and trusted referral culture within the wider Harcourts gold organisation
• Working closely with members of the New Business team to ensure seamless management transitions
• Leading the charge in exceptional centre-of-excellence customer service, acting as a go-to trusted advisor in the Property Management industry
• Staying up-to-date with Residential Tenancies Act (and other applicable) legislation with respect to residential rental properties in New Zealand.
