Independent Sales Contractor – Personal & Leadership Development

Perfect Life Group (perfectlifegroup.com) is seeking a motivated independent contractor to promote and sell personal and leadership development products and programs. This is a commission-only role with no retainer or salary.

About the Role As an Independent Sales Contractor with Perfect Life Group, you will market our personal and leadership development products using online methods and phone-based communication. You will work remotely using your own phone, laptop and internet connection. You may choose to work part time or full time, and you will be responsible for managing your own time and activity levels to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting products using online advertising and social media.
• Responding to enquiries and following up with prospects.
• Conducting structured phone interviews with interested applicants or buyers.
• Attending weekly online training and development sessions.

Earnings

• Commission is paid on sales only.
• There is no base wage, salary, or hourly rate.

Skills & Experience

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and online skills.
• Any sales or marketing experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided.

• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
• Not suitable for students or those seeking guaranteed income or traditional employment.
