About the job
- Build and run the sales engine that underpins growth.
- Turn strategy into clear metrics, playbooks, tools and rhythms the sales team uses every day.
- Design the performance system, QS health scores, SOW by rep/account and QS install pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate sales trips, quotes, samples and follow-up, ensuring nothing falls through the gaps.
- Define and later guide an offshore support resource, scaling execution while maintaining quality.
Skills and experience
- Background in sales operations, revenue operations or commercial enablement.
- Proven ability to design and embed repeatable processes in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong commercial mindset - confident linking activity to EBITDA and ROI on spend.
- Skilled with CRM and reporting tools (Numerik or similar) to surface actionable insights.
- Comfortable working with field and offshore teams, influencing without direct authority.
