About the Role This role is built for an energetic, results-driven sales leader who thrives on pace and purpose. You'll lead a national sales team, drive growth across all market segments, and continue to build a culture that celebrates achievement.

It's a hands-on, on-the-road leadership role where you'll be in front of customers, guiding your team to success and owning your own sales results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and grow a team of Area Sales Managers (and expanding)
  • Drive sales strategy, execution and market share growth
  • Build a positive, high-performance team culture that celebrates success
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and OEM partners
  • Partner with Marketing and Rentals to align strategy and ROI
  • Deliver sales forecasts, budgets and margin results with accuracy
  • Ensure team adherence to sales processes and CRM standards

About You You're a resilient, energetic and driven leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You bring a balance of strategic insight and hands-on drive, with the confidence to make decisions and the independence to deliver results.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience leading B2B sales teams in capital equipment or similar industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • A lateral thinker who turns ideas into practical sales outcomes
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and resilient under pressure
  • Enjoys building teams and creating a culture of success and celebration
  • Tertiary qualification in Business / Management (preferred)
