What You’ll Do:

· Prepare sharp, compelling tenders and job proposals that win business · Work closely with project teams to deliver creative, cost-effective scaffolding solutions · Monitor multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery and happy clients · Drive revenue growth while maintaining high quality and safety standards · Support billing and invoicing to keep everything running like clockwork

What You Bring:

· Some experience in sales, quoting, or estimating—bonus if construction or scaffolding-related · Ability to read architectural plans and use Microsoft Excel with confidence · Great communication and relationship-building skills · A growth mindset and ambition to develop your career with us · A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn from a talented team
