With strong growth across the country, we’re now seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and establish new partnerships across key industries.
About the Role:
This role is all about building relationships and driving growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging new clients and showcasing Ironline Staff’s capability to deliver workforce solutions that add real value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business within warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and administration sectors
- Managing your own sales pipeline and generating leads through proactive outreach
- Meeting with operations managers, HR teams and business owners to understand staffing needs
- Promoting Ironline Staff’s services and building long-term partnerships
- Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- This is a field and office based role where initiative, communication and professionalism are key.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in sales, business development or account management (recruitment or labour hire experience ideal)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred
A full NZ driver’s licence and the legal right to work in New Zealand
Class 1 License
