Your Responsibilities:

• Engage in face-to-face customer sales, offering expert product knowledge.
• Ensure the showroom is well-stocked, sales focused and impeccably organised.
• Handle phone inquiries and process orders efficiently.
• Provide vital support to our sales team.
• Address account queries and assist with credit control.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and boost in-store sales volumes.
• Proactively reach out to customers to maintain and strengthen the relationships.
• Getting involved with trade events.
• Physically fit (be able to lift 20kg bags).

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who embodies organisation, a hunger for technical knowledge, and a "get it done" attitude. Our Penrose showroom is bustling, and our customers are our top priority. You should be self-driven, committed to showroom presentation, and adept at following systems and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to occasionally handle some heavy lifting.

Hours: This is a full-time, permanent role (45 hrs/week) Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm. Rostered Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm.
