About Kure
Kure is one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing natural wellness brands. We combine premium plant-based products with real human support — on the phone, online, and face-to-face at health expos.
We’re entering a strong growth phase and are looking for a confident sales-focused team member to support customers, convert leads, and represent Kure at selected expos.
This is not a passive customer service role. This is a sales + relationship role for someone who enjoys helping people take action.
The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
This role has three core components:
- Phone Sales & Customer Success (Primary – Weekdays)
~20-30 hours per week (guaranteed)
- Calling warm leads and new members
- Upselling customers into subscriptions and bundles
- Supporting customers through onboarding and follow-up
- Handling inbound sales calls and messages
- Helping customers choose the right products (guiding, not pushing)
- Working with our CRM and support systems (training provided)
- Expo & Event Sales (2 expos per month on average)
1–3 day expos | approx. 7 hours per day
- Represent Kure at health & wellness expos
- Engage customers in 1:1 conversations
- Educate and sell our best-selling products
- Work alongside a team leader at larger expos
- Assist with setup and pack-down
- Some travel required (Auckland / North Island expos)
Expos are a key sales channel and also part of training and performance development.

- Additional expos
- Pharmacy or retail demos
- Extra sales hours during launches or busy periods
(These are optional and paid — ideal if you want more hours.)
Hours & Pay
- Guaranteed: 20-30 hours per week (phone sales & customer success)
- Hourly rate: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
- Expos: Paid per day + performance bonuses
- Travel, accommodation & food covered when required
- Free Kure products
- Full training provided
This role typically averages 25–40 hours per week, depending on expos and availability.
This Role Is For You If You:
- Are confident speaking to people on the phone and in person
- Are comfortable with sales and conversions
- Can explain things clearly and simply
- Enjoy helping people make decisions
- Like variety (phone work + events)
- Are reliable, organised, and proactive
- Can work 2 weekends per month
- Have your own vehicle and can travel when needed
- Are Auckland-based (preferred), or Wellington-based with flexibility
You do not need to be a wellness expert — we train you. You do need to be comfortable selling.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You dislike sales or “closing”
- You want a quiet admin-only role
- You can’t work weekends at all
- You’re looking for fully remote, no-travel work
