We're looking for a motivated individual to join a high-performing automotive dealership representing well-known, in-demand vehicle brands. This role is ideal for someone junior or early in their career, with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.

This is a sales-focused role with a strong digital and marketing element, designed to develop you into a successful Vehicle Sales Consultant.

The Role

You'll work closely with experienced sales professionals while taking ownership of online and digital enquiries. Your focus will be converting interest into appointments, test drives, and ultimately sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and converting online, website, and social media enquiries
• Engaging customers via phone, email, messaging, and social platforms
• Championing our social media strategy and content
• Building strong customer relationships online and in the dealership
• Following up every lead with consistency and professionalism
• Supporting vehicle sales from first enquiry through to delivery
• Developing strong product knowledge and pricing understanding

About You

This role would suit someone who is:

• Junior or early in their career, eager to learn automotive sales
• Confident, motivated, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using technology, social media, and online platforms
• Organised with strong follow-up habits
• Willing to take feedback, coaching, and training on board
• Passionate about cars and helping customers make confident decisions
• Holder of a current full driver's licence
• Previous sales experience is not essential - attitude, work ethic, and coachability are key.

Working Hours:

• Weekend work is required as part of the role
• Working hours and days are negotiable and we are flexible around schedules
