Warehouse /Customer Service

The Role
We are seeking a reliable team member to support daily operations involving the manual handling of gas cylinders and associated equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safe handling, movement, dispatch, and receipting of gas cylinders and related gear
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery or collection
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and a tidy, safe work environment
- Assisting customers with enquiries, phone orders, and over-the-counter sales
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful, professional attitude
- Physically fit and capable of regular manual handling and heavy lifting
- Current OSH Forklift Licence desirable but not essential
- Basic to intermediate computer skills for order processing and stock control
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and correct manual handling practices
