Action Power & Water Sports is looking for energetic, positive sales professionals to join our team on Yaldhurst Road.

As Christchurch's specialists in Sea-Doo personal watercraft, Can-Am, and CFMOTO ATVs and side-by-sides, we're all about helping people experience the thrill of the outdoors. If you want a role that blends sales, customer experience, and genuine passion for adventure - this is it.

Your mission:

Turn customer enthusiasm into unforgettable experiences - and drive strong sales performance.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers and guide them through our industry-leading product range
• Match riders, farmers, and adventurers with the perfect Sea-Doo, Can-Am, or CFMOTO machine
• Run test rides and product demos that showcase what our gear can really do
• Create strong, lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Support handovers, accessory sales, and maintain an engaging showroom experience

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a natural ability to connect, communicate, and sell with confidence
• Brings enthusiasm for powersports, off-road vehicles, or the outdoors
• Has previous sales or customer service experience - automotive/marine a big plus
• Shows initiative, reliability, and a drive to succeed
• Is comfortable with computers and sales systems
• Holds a full NZ driver's licence (bonus if you've spent time on the water or trails!)
