• Southern Legends, Christchurch’s only authorised Harley-Davidson dealership, is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Specialist to represent Harley-Davidson motorcycles alongside our quality range of pre-owned bikes.

About You You are naturally outgoing, engaging, confident and enjoy meeting new people. Building genuine relationships comes naturally to you.

• To succeed in this role, you’ll have
• A passion for motorcycles and an appreciation of the lifestyle, culture and community that surrounds riding
• A current, clean, full motorcycle license and confidence riding a variety of motorcycles
• Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive or marine environments.
• The ability to build trust through honesty, integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and a customer first approach

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover and ongoing customer support
• Convert showroom traffic, phone enquiries, website leads and social media enquiries into successful sales outcomes
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to maximize deal value through finance, insurance, protection products, parts, accessories and apparel.
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation standards and ensure motorcycles are displayed to the highest standard
• Proactively follow up leads and maintain accurate customer information within the dealership management system. (DMS)
• Participate in dealer events, ride days and community activities that strengthen customer engagement and brand presence.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
