About the Role

This is a true end-to-end sales role where you will guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives—building their home.

You will take ownership of the full sales process, including:

● Managing enquiries from first contact through to signed contract

● Building and maintaining a strong, active sales pipeline

● Running consultative client meetings to understand needs, lifestyle, and budget

● Preparing tailored home proposals and pricing solutions

● Leading clients confidently through decision-making and closing

● Collaborating closely with internal teams to bring designs and builds to life

● Driving your own schedule, follow-ups, and sales outcomes

This is a consultative role—not high-pressure sales. Success comes from trust, communication, and the ability to guide clients with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

● Strong communication and active listening skills

● Confidence discussing budgets and guiding decision-making

● High levels of personal accountability and results focus

● Motivation to succeed in a commission-driven environment

● Strong attention to detail and professional presentation

● Willingness to learn and develop through structured training

● Resilience and ability to manage conversations through to outcome

Experience in real estate, design, building, or sales is beneficial—but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we will teach you the rest.
