As a Customer Service Representative team member for our CARTERS Hastings branch, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to trade customers every day. About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will pride yourself on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key to our branch.
- Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter and assisting on the shop floor to deliver a seamless sales experience
- Process sales and refunds accurately while maintaining high showroom standards that reflect our brand
- Deliver exceptional customer service by matching customers with the right products and ensuring every transaction is charged to the correct account
- Prepare and load customer orders and complete all sales documentation accurately and on time ****
About you
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support and have the following skills and qualities:
- A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers
- Prior exposure in customer service or sales-related roles
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Collaborative individual committed to working within a team environment
- Proficient in utilising computer systems with a solid grasp of technology
- Building industry knowledge is advantageous
- Forklift competency with a current and valid licence a bonus
