Description

As a Customer Service Representative team member for our CARTERS Hastings branch, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to trade customers every day. This is your chance to be the face of our showroom, helping customers find the right products while contributing to a high-performing team. About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will pride yourself on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key to our branch.

  • Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter and assisting on the shop floor to deliver a seamless sales experience
  • Process sales and refunds accurately while maintaining high showroom standards that reflect our brand
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by matching customers with the right products and ensuring every transaction is charged to the correct account
  • Prepare and load customer orders and complete all sales documentation accurately and on time ****

About you

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support and have the following skills and qualities:

  • A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers
  • Prior exposure in customer service or sales-related roles
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Collaborative individual committed to working within a team environment
  • Proficient in utilising computer systems with a solid grasp of technology
  • Building industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Forklift competency with a current and valid licence a bonus
