Our Palmerston branch is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong customer relationships, and wants to represent a market-leading brand.

The Opportunity This is a hands-on, frontline sales role where you’ll be out in the market, working closely with roofing contractors, builders, and industry partners. You’ll play a key role in driving growth across the Palmerston North region by positioning Metalcraft Roofing as the supplier of choice. Operating in a competitive manufacturing environment with short lead times, you’ll own the customer experience end-to-end — from enquiry and pricing through to delivery and payment — while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, grow, and manage a strong portfolio of customers
• Actively identify and convert new business opportunities
• Understand customer needs and deliver smart, value-driven roofing solutions
• Manage the full sales process from quoting to payment
• Work closely with internal manufacturing and support teams to deliver on our commitments
• Represent Metalcraft Roofing and United Industries at site visits, customer meetings, and industry events

What You’ll Bring

• Full New Zealand driver licence
