We’re looking for a motivated Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the AutoCity team, representing Suzuki, Nissan and Kia, along with a range of additional brands and quality used vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building genuine customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional buying experience from first enquiry to handover.

About the Role As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey while achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include:

• Selling new vehicles primarily across Suzuki, Nissan and Kia franchises
• Selling used vehicles and additional franchise brands where required
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
• Conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Negotiating deals and closing sales confidently and professionally
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-ups
• Contributing to dealership promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery and handover experience

About You We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not essential)
• Is confident, driven, and results-focused
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Builds rapport easily and enjoys working with people
• Is well-presented and professional
• Has a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Holds a current full driver licence
• Is comfortable working Saturday morning and rostered hours
