Healthy Homes Advisor - South Taranaki

Our local healthy home business is looking for a highly motivated individual to help create healthier homes in Central (Stratford to Waverly and parts of the coast). This is hands on role, you will be crawling around roof spaces and the underfloor as a part of the comprehensive assessment and inspection process before providing not only solutions but an understanding on how to prioritise what customer should invest into first.

You will take ownership to fill a majority of your calendar with appointments to help home owners, landlords and new home builders with recommending solutions for Insulation, Ventilation, Heat & Cool and Efficiency in Homes, Rentals and New builds across the Southern Taranaki region.

You will have rounded experience in lead generation through

*Door knocking / Cold calling *Social media *Networking / Referrals *Home shows and Expo's

Your key skills and attributes will include

*A genuine sales person committed to helping the customer long term, not just a quick sale *Positive Attitude with a strong work ethic *Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality *A passion for understanding needs and finding solutions for your customers *Tech savvy

Importantly you will also have experience of managing your sales pipeline – reporting, planning, forecasting and organisational skills to ensure that your numbers are solid. Where a number of opportunities will be easier with our companies inclusion into the Warmer Kiwi homes insulation subsidy via PIL providing home owners with the potential to save 90%. It is a well rounded approach to all customers that will see you achieve consistent growth.

You will need a minimum of a clean restricted drivers license and be a confident driver as you travel the region.

Full training will be providing working along side one of our experienced Advisors before going out on your own.
