What you’ll be doing
- Drive new business growth by building a strong pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and closing opportunities
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers across industrial and welding sectors
- Collaborate with your branch team and wider support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Identify and help bring new gas opportunities to market in partnership with the BOC sales team
- Provide knowledgeable guidance to customers by applying your understanding of welding processes and applications
- Champion safety in everything you do, with a strong commitment to zero harm for people and the environment

- Proven track record of generating and growing business, ideally in technical or industrial environments
- Understanding the welding or gas industry — or you have the curiosity and capability to learn quickly
- Commercially astute, confident in planning, problem-solving and execution *Communicate clearly and build trust easily, forming strong and lasting relationships
