About the Role

As the Territory Sales Rep, you will be responsible for:

Managing an established portfolio of retail and wholesale customers

Growing sales through regular store visits, product promotion, and account development

Executing in-store merchandising and promotional activity

Identifying new business opportunities across the region

Building strong relationships with key decision-makers

Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs

Providing market insights and competitor feedback to the wider team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and organised, with excellent time management

Experienced in sales, FMCG, or territory/account management (preferred)

Customer-focused with a passion for building long-term relationships

Comfortable working independently and travelling throughout Waikato

Hold a full NZ driver’s licence
