Rutherford & Bond Toyota are looking for a Sales Cadet to join our Kapiti Team!

Key responsibilities:
This challenging and rewarding role will be responsible for the following.
- Sales Support and document processing
- Building strong client relationships
- Looking after customer sales enquiries upon completion of training
- Maintaining an accurate database of prospects and customers
- Prospecting daily for new opportunities
- Learning and gaining a full understanding of the motor industry over all departments
Desired competencies, personal skills and experience:
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Sales background or previous experience would be an advantage, but not necessary
- Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always put first
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outgoing, energetic and confident
- Self motivated
As we are a 6 day a week business some weekend work will be required. Saturdays only.
