We're on the lookout for a motivated and people focused Sales Cadet & Delivery Specialist to join our New Vehicle team at Rutherford & Bond Toyota Wellington.

What your day could look like:
- Guiding customers through their vehicle journey – from the first interaction and beyond, with warmth, care, and professionalism
- Building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every customer
- Working closely with our Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Providing quality support for our Toyota New Zealand Direct customers
- Staying up to date with Toyota's latest models, technology, and hybrid innovations
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of daily Toyota Store operations
- Helping to support our community alongside our wider team
About you:
You're genuine, positive, and motivated by helping others. Whether you're experienced in sales or looking to grow into it, you bring curiosity, resilience, and take pride in doing what you say you will.
You'll bring:
- Sales background or previous experience would be an advantage, but not necessary
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed when things get busy
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full NZ driver's licence and NZ working rights
