The role is based in Auckland but servicing the wider region.

What We're Looking For: A person that's willing to learn, capable at admin and organisation - this is a role where you will be meeting, greeting and interviewing candidates. Completing payroll, and compliance. Getting people ready to start work and assisting in placements. It's a very fast-paced role, you must have a high sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple balls in the air at once.

- Agency recruitment experience would be an advantage.

Your Impact:
In this role, you'll be working as a team, registering candidates and getting them ready for work, completing payroll, ensuring you do all compliance (reference checks, drug and other pre-employment checks, issuing PPE etc.) while enjoying the support and resources Remarkable People has to offer. We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for people and exceptional customer service skills. Experience with agency recruitment would be an advantage but not essential. Attention to detail is crucial, and you'll need to quickly adapt to systems and processes.
