This full-time administration role is integral to supporting a high-performing real estate team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing property listings
- Overseeing marketing campaigns from launch to completion
- Supporting buyer enquiries and structured follow-up
- Managing documentation and compliance requirements
- Providing proactive support to lead agents
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives on structure, momentum, and precision.
Comprehensive training in our Bayleys systems and processes will be provided, along with valuable exposure to high-level property transactions and client service standards.
We’re seeking someone who: ✔ Has proven real estate sales support experience ✔ Is highly organised, efficient, and proactive ✔ Communicates with confidence and professionalism ✔ Takes ownership and consistently follows through
