We're looking for two motivated Sales Consultants to join our team and help guide customers through their insurance journey. In this role, you'll be reaching out to prospective clients, building genuine connections, and supporting them in choosing the right cover. Success here means more than sales - it's about ensuring every customer feels informed, valued, and confident.

These are full-time positions (42.5 hours per week), including alternate Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage warm leads through outbound calling to discuss their needs.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Clearly explain product features, premiums, and benefits
• Guide clients through policy selection, payment setup, and claims support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Stay across industry updates and communicate relevant changes to clients
• Use sales scripts while following the VADD (Verbatim, Accurate, Detailed, Disclosed) standard
• Work collaboratively to meet team sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of relevant telesales experience
• Competitive spirit with a strong drive to succeed
• Results-focused professional with proven ability to hit KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with solid typing speed
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin) is a strong advantage
