JAN-PRO, the global leader in commercial cleaning, is looking for a high-performing Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to secure quality commercial cleaning appointments across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

This is not a call-centre role. This is a results-driven sales position for someone who understands how to speak to business owners, property managers, and decision-makers—and get the yes.

What You will Be Doing

• Cold calling and follow-ups with commercial decision makers
• Booking qualified, high-intent appointments for cleaning contracts
• Targeting offices, medical centres, schools, retail, industrial & strata
• Overcoming objections and controlling the conversation
• Consistently delivering a high appointment-to-close win rate
• Working with a proven JAN-PRO sales process and CRM

What We are Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or appointment setting
• Demonstrated high conversion / win rate (this matters)
• Confidence selling commercial services (cleaning, facilities, SaaS, etc.)
• Strong objection handling and phone presence
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and KPI-driven.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior managers
• NZ-based with strong knowledge of the BOP & Waikato business landscape
