About the Role
We're looking for an Sales Development Representative - Telesales to join our high-performing Waikato branch.
This is a fast-paced, results-focused role which is phone based, where you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
- Developing new business opportunities
- Reconnecting and winning back previous customers
- Delivering exceptional service and sales solutions that meet client needs
You'll thrive in this role if you're a natural communicator who loves building relationships, achieving targets, and making every phone call count.
About You
We're after someone who is:
- Energetic, professional, and passionate about sales
- Confident making outbound calls and closing deals
- Driven by results and motivated by success
- A great team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience in outbound telesales in a related industry (office supplies, hygiene, packaging, cafeteria, or furniture) is an advantage - but if you have the drive, attitude, and communication skills to succeed, we'll help you learn the rest.
