We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing both new and existing Building Management Systems (BMS), including engineering, site coordination, commissioning, and client training.
Travel: Occasional overseas travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and commission BMS systems for new installations and upgrades. Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems. Deliver client training and handover documentation. Maintain compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Qualifications & Skills
Expertise in Building Management Systems with a strong understanding of system architecture and integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Niagara N4 Certification (mandatory). Trade qualification in air conditioning or electrical. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Full driver’s license and eligibility to work in New Zealand. Strong written and spoken English skills.
