HVAC Manager/Mechanical Lead | Christchurch
Our client, an established mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Manager/Mechanical Lead to play a key role in their Christchurch operations.
You’ll be responsible for leading HVAC and mechanical operations across Christchurch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll manage technicians, coordinate with clients, and play a key role in maintaining and growing the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day HVAC/mechanical operations
- Manage projects from planning through to completion
- Supervise, mentor, and support technicians
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards
What we’re looking for:
- Strong HVAC/mechanical background (trade or engineering)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Solid understanding of project delivery and commercial drivers
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong communication and organisational skills
