We’re urgently seeking a certified Stick Welder (MMAW) or a mechanically minded Trade Assistant to support an engineering project in Auckland.
About the Roles
Stick Welder (MMAW)
You’ll be assisting with welding and engineering tasks on-site.
Requirements:
- Current Stick (MMAW) welding cert– Recently expired certs accepted if able to pass a weld test
- Confined Space certification (required)
- Height Safety (preferred, not essential)
- First Aid certificate (required or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Fit, reliable, and strong English communication
Mechanical Trade Assistant
You’ll be supporting engineering tasks, maintenance, and general mechanical work.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Confined Space certification (required)
- Height Safety (preferred, not essential)
- First Aid certificate (required or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Fit, reliable, and strong English communication
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, safety-conscious workers
- Able to follow instructions clearly
- Fit and able to work in confined environments
- Eligible to work in NZ
- Good communication skills and work ethic
What’s in It for You?
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- Weekly pay + 8% holiday pay
