Fabricator Welder

Hello fabricator We manufacture and distribute amazing pergolas throughout NZ. Unfortunately, our fabricator has decided to seek a new career, and we urgently need someone to join our amazing team at Archgola. This is an operate solo, full-time role, manufacturing a wide range of steel or stainless-steel brackets. This requires repeat fabrication with some orders needing up to 100 parts to be made (most orders are for 20-30 parts). There are times when some departments are busier than others, so we all chip in to help our colleagues, this includes the fabrication person.

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Proven TIG and MIG experience. (a minimum of 3 years)
• Previous experience welding/fabrication steel, and stainless-steel (MUST HAVE!)
• The ability to read small drawings.
• Well organized, clean and tidy.
• A clean driver’s license.
• Will attend work every day………. Not just most of the time… every day!
• Full NZ residency or an open visa status.

We provide the required PPE with a full-face respirator in a small workshop with fume extraction. We start at 6-00 am each day, finishing at 3-00pm………… Is that for you?
