Archishade is an award-winning, fast-growing shade and engineering company based at the beach in Mount Maunganui. We design, fabricate, and install premium aluminium outdoor solutions—think high-end pergolas, architectural shade systems, custom gates, and world-class Ziptrak installs.

We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled Aluminium TIG Welder / Fabricator / Installer who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a company setting the benchmark in 2025 and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

Precision TIG welding aluminium (and some stainless)

Fabricating custom components to drawings and cutting lists

Installing pergolas, Ziptrak blinds, gates, and shade systems onsite and general architectural pieces.

Maintaining a clean, efficient workshop

Being a key player in a tight-knit, high-performing team

What You Bring

2+ years’ experience in welding/fabrication (trade qualified = bonus)

Strong TIG aluminium welding skills – essential for immediate start

Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Full NZ driver’s licence

Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to crack a smile
