Fabricator/Welder Wanted – Join the Tradestaff Team! Tradestaff Christchurch is seeking skilled and reliable Fabricator/Welders to join our clients’ workshops and fabrication teams. If you have strong fabrication skills and proven welding experience, we want to hear from you.
Location: Christchurch Pay Rate: $30–$36 per hour (experience dependent) Start: Immediate
What You’ll Be Doing
- MIG, TIG, and/or ARC welding depending on client requirements
- Fabricating structural steel, components, and assemblies
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Cutting, grinding, and preparing metal
- General workshop duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years fabrication and welding experience
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Confident MIG/TIG/ARC welding skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable transport and solid work ethic
- Relevant tickets/qualifications are a bonus
What We Offer
