Fabricator welders / pipe welders

Carlyon Manufacturing Ltd is seeking experienced Light/Heavy Fabricators and pipe welders to join our dynamic team in Hamilton North Waikato. As a Light and heavy Fabricator , you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to the growth and success of our Engineering operations.

What you'll be doing Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate metal components and assemblies. Operating various fabrication equipment such as press brakes, welding machines, and cutting tools to shape, bend, and join sheet metal components. Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards. Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements. Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following established safety protocols.

What we're looking for Proven experience as a Light or Heavy Metal Fabricator , preferably within an Engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics. Excellent hands-on skills in operating metal fabrication equipment, such as press brakes, welding machines, and cutting tools. Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet production deadlines. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
