Experienced structural steel installers

We are taking applications for experienced tradesman to join our west coast crew on a 18 month long project earthquake strengthening a building in Hokitika.

All install works will be carried out during night shift Sunday night to Thursday night. The nature of programmed staged works will mean a vary intermittent schedule for steel installation.

The ideal candidate will be someone experienced with seismic strengthening inside an existing building where site measurements and problem solving is key to a successful outcome. Seeing as the work is intermittent then it will suit a contractor or someone with other casual work. At present it is estimated the steel installation will be anywhere from 20-30 weeks of work spread out over the next 18 months.

Night shift rates of $67.50 - $80 depending on experience.
