Foreman, Carpenters and Hammer hands required

Site managers, carpenters, hammer hands required for ongoing high end residential work.

Our scope of work includes all aspects of recladding, renovations, additions and alterations. We produce a high end finish and all of our jobs are well run.

Site manger requirements...

• Ability to supervise a residential team of builders
• Set tasks and manage efficient production from team
• Deal with sub trades, council and clients where necessary
• Sound understanding of the building code
• Hard working with a good attitude
• Follow and read plans

Carpenter requirements....

• Hard working with a good attitude
• Sound understanding of the building code
• Ability to work unsupervised and direct others where needed
• Read and follow plans
• Ideally trade qualified
• Full set of tools
• Own transport
• Ability to work an average of 40hrs+ per week

Hammerhand requirements....

• Minimum 2yrs+ building experience
• Hard working with a good attitude
• Ability to work unsupervised when needed
• Read and follow plans
• Ideally trade qualified or working through apprentice
• Own tools
• Own transport
• Ability to work an average of 40hrs+ per week.
