Building crew wanted.

I require builders, or a building crew for the construction of a duplex and eight small units in Otahuhu. The units are timber frame with brick cladding.

The job would suit one team or two smaller teams.

The project is managed by an experienced property developer, the project is a simple design but requires high quality workmanship.

Summary:

• The job is located in Otahuhu, Auckland.
• Start date May 2026.
• Job will include timber framing, some axon panel cladding, window install, internal fitout, wooden decks.
• Option to do foundation setout and footings, retaining walls and fencing.

Builder wanted

• The building contractor must be an onsite builder. No leaving guys onsite unsupervised.
• Must build to above industry standards. And hold an LBP licence.
• Own tools.
